You are your Child's First Teacher

Preschool experiences enhance what you are already doing at home. Children benefit when they venture outside their home environment and into new territory. They will develop a sense of competence and independence.

In our 3 year old program:
Most importantly, we emphasize social skills. We also incorporate learning shapes, colors, numbers and letters by having them as part of our day. We practice cutting (often for the first time).

In our 4 year old program:
The main emphasis is on social skills. We will encourage your child to use complete sentences to convey thoughts/ideas. Kindergarten readiness skills and self help skills are also reinforced. We will continue to work on colors, shapes, numbers, and letters in this group. Most children are more than ready to write their name. We also encourage turn taking by raising our hands.
